New generation aircraft of Blue Angels
U.S. manufacturer Boeing has announced it is delivering its first Super Hornet aircraft to the U.S. Navy's aerobatics team, the Blue Angels. The unpainted aircraft will enter the flight test and evaluation phase at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland. While the world-famous Blue Angels have flown with Boeing aircraft for more than 50 years, so far the team has a fleet of F-4J Phantom II, a-4F Skyhawk and now the F / A-18A-D Hornet. It will be the fourth generation aircraft of the Super Hornets team. Boeing is scheduled to deliver 11 vehicles to Blue Angels this year.
